Meeting Space - Bar - Research (Unfinished)

Here are some examples of small home bars. I like the rustic sort of style with the wood textures and colours. Using wood would give the space a warm, casual and genuine atmosphere, something that more modern bars don't offer. Giving the space a weathered feel would reflect the bars location and add to the casual and genuine atmosphere of the place, saying we don't care about making this place look like a modern nightclub, we just want to provide you with some good brews and a relaxed place to meet your friends. I think most of the examples below would fit perfectly into the boat shed environment as wood is a classic nautical material. If wood was to be used it would need to be treated to withstand the conditions of the area (seaside, water, wind and salt etc)  This idea could also take up several sheds ( 2 or 3). To build on the idea of an honest bar, a beer could be brewed on site, adding to the atmosphere with the scent of brewing beer.
